Mark Mojares, Director of Business and Project Development

Mark joined Adamas in 2020 as Director of Business and Project Development.

Mark has had a career of over 18 years in operations management, construction, finance, and business development for start-ups to multimillion-dollar organizations. Mark’s experience encompasses resolving long-standing challenges and creating process solutions that improve operational efficiency. He can leverage expert analysis and insights for a lean approach to create empowerment that drives organizational improvements, behavior, and instills best practices.

In this role with Adamas, he is responsible for sales and client relationship management as well as tracking new markets and emerging trends. The objectives include branding, expansion in the markets, new user acquisition, and awareness.

Mark’s prior experience makes him a natural for this position where he will rely on his abilities in operations management. He will be a vital participant in the growth of Adamas and conveying the exceptional advantages of Adamas over competitors when it comes to partnering with property managers to attract and maintain residents.
