Maureen O’Connor, Controller

Maureen joined Adamas in 2022 as Controller.

Maureen holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Farleigh Dickinson University. She served as Controller, for 11 years, at SILVERMAN, a real estate development and property management company. Maureen’s vast experience with all aspects of accounting operations, benefits administration, insurance coverage for managed properties, handling of legal issues along with counsel, and financial analysis make her the perfect Controller for Adamas Building Services.

The opportunity to join Adamas was very appealing to Maureen because of the industry-leading service Adamas is known for and her ability to streamline budgeting, process payroll for many employees, and financial reporting for the management team. She looks forward to producing financial reports and analyses to allow for data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and contribute to the continued growth of Adamas.

Maureen brings such vast experience in accounting for the property management field that she will positively impact Adamas and the proposed expansion. In addition, she is excited to be working at a family-like company with its emphasis on “Employees First”.
