Our proprietary 11 Step Hiring Process allows us to find the right staff for each client. Adamas’s service employees hold all necessary certifications for their positions.

Property managers and owners will receive quarterly site reviews to allow your Adamas Operations Manager to work closely with you to ensure your needs are consistently met or exceeded. Additionally, you will receive a customized site operations manual developed specifically for your property, including customized services such as cleaning schedules, job descriptions, work hours, etc. Adamas offers competitive rates for superior service. We provide service for one category or multiple categories with no difference in the quality of service.
