Miguel Torres, Operations Manager
Miguel joined Adamas in 2023 as an Operations Manager.
Before joining Adamas, Miguel’s seven-year career included Doorman and Front Desk Management across 27 buildings, where he was responsible for schedules, payroll, and setting policies and procedures. Adamas University drew him to this position. He believes that providing excellent training ensures the success of all employees. That and the Company’s commitment to Employees First made this position one he could not pass up.
With doormen and front desk staff being the face of luxury properties, Miguel’s prior experience compliments Adamas’ commitment to White Glove Service for our clients and their residents. He looks forward to partnering with property managers to ensure that Adamas exceeds their expectations in operations management.
