All Adamas’ staff members are hired using our proprietary 11-Step Hiring Process to ensure that we select the most qualified candidates. Our highly experienced Talent Acquisition Team shepherds each candidate through the entire process. All prospective employees go through our Profile Selection Process. Before their first in-person interview, they must pass a Behavioral Integrity, Approach to Work, and Retention survey. Next, we complete a thorough background check on all candidates, which must be “clear” to move forward. Candidates must also pass a drug test before employment. All employees are bonded.
