Adamas has achieved success in the luxury residential property industry by following a policy of “Employees First,” resulting in the retention of high-quality, exceptional employees. “Employees First” begins with our recruiting and selection process to identify top candidates for each client property.

All Adamas’ staff members are hired using our proprietary 11-Step Hiring Process to ensure that we select the most qualified candidates. Our highly experienced Talent Acquisition Team shepherds each candidate through the entire process. All prospective employees go through our Profile Selection Process. Before their first in-person interview, they must pass a Behavioral Integrity, Approach to Work, and Retention survey. Next, we complete a thorough background check on all candidates, which must be “clear” to move forward. Candidates must also pass a drug test before employment. All employees are bonded. Once hired, new employees have a thorough onboarding program, Adamas University training, upward mobility opportunities, and employee recognition programs.

The monthly GEM Award is presented to 4-6 Service Champions across all our service lines. Awardees are nominated by their Operations Managers, recognized with a Visa gift card, a framed certificate, and featured on our website.

The annual DIAMOND Award is presented to the Employee of the Year. This individual will come from the GEM Award winners, be selected by our Management Team, be recognized with a monetary gift, plaque, and be featured on our website.
