Adamas uses a proprietary 11 step hiring process to ensure that potential candidates meet our luxury residential property clients’ needs and, more importantly, to determine that the position is a fit for that employee.
From the first contact through hiring, candidates for positions within Adamas are engaged with their Adamas Recruiter. Our hiring process is very interactive, where both Adamas and the candidate can ask questions and fully exchange information. Finding the right candidate for each opening and finding the position where that candidate can excel is our goal.
