Gary Treamont, V.P. of Operations

Gary joined Adamas in 2018 as Operations Manager, became Director of Business Development, and is now V.P. of Operations.

Gary served 20 years in the Newark Police Department and retired as a Detective. He has training from the FBI and the New York City Police Department, as well as certifications, including Homeland Security and Active Shooter Emergency Action Plans.

Gary prioritizes security in our clients’ luxury high-rise buildings. He works with our Operations Team to design programs that preserve residents’ luxury lifestyle while ensuring seamless integration of security and luxury living. Additionally, Gary has superior interpersonal skills. He leads with positivity, enthusiasm, creativity, and natural curiosity, all of which contribute to his success in helping staff meet and exceed the mission of delivering the most exceptional experience for residents and guests. Property managers appreciate his attention to security as that helps to retain residents in their properties.
