Josue Garcia, Operations Manager

Josue joined Adamas in 2022 as an Operations Manager.

With prior experience as Resident Manager for a 317-unit high-rise building where Josue oversaw maintenance, janitorial, and concierge staff, his skills are an excellent addition to the Adamas Operations Team. The team environment within Adamas was a strong motivator in his decision to take this position. Josue sees the team approach as one that will help to expand the organization while maintaining its reputation for excellent service to our clients.

Josue’s Facilities Management Certification and seven years of experience made him an asset from the start of his Adamas career. He is excited to be part of the growth of Adamas, and his solutions-oriented approach to operations will reward both the property managers and Adamas.
